Andrew Dolan is the owner and operator of Dolan Property Management LLC. He currently has properties in Mt. Pleasant, Folly Beach, Hanahan, Awendaw, Downtown Charleston and North Charleston. Andrew has over 20 years experience in rental management. His goal is to take the headache out of owning property in the Charleston area through excellence in full service management. Andrew finds Qualified tenants, manages repairs and maintenance, collects and disperses rent payments. He treats each individual property as if it were his own.

We currently own a very nice second home in Charleston which was a house left to us from our family. We care a great deal about this property and hesitated to put it on the rental market. However, after meeting at length with Andrew Dolan who owns runs Dolan Property Management we felt very informed, comfortable and confident letting him handle our house. It has been a stress free experience and also a very profitable one. Andrew treats our family home like it is his own and rarely does it go more than a week not rented. His renters have been carefully vetted and so far have been excellent. Andrew has a way a selecting just the right renter for our house. He thoroughly checks their backgrounds, ability to pay and take care of our property. He is accessible 24/7 and we never have to hesitate to call or get in touch with him...day or night. He is professional, prompt, and very honest to deal with. He is the best part of our experience of owning a rental property. Without him we probably would not have kept the stress and work of owning a second property. We go out of town quite a lot and never do we have any worries should a problem arise. We are currently considering buying another rental property as this has proven to be a very profitable venture and we will certainly be handing it over to Andrew to handle all the day to day property management issues. We more than highly recommend Dolan Property Management.
