The next day he came out, inspected the chimney and let me know that it didn't need a cleaning (we didn't use it much last year).  I really appreciate Ash's honesty.  He could have easily sold me on a cleaning; but didn't because of this he has a customer for life.

Ashley was very prompt and was able to squeeze us in after another appointment in the area the same day we called (when other chimney sweeps could not schedule us in for many weeks in December!). We wanted a diagnostic overview of our chimneys after purchasing our 1945 home with 4 fireplaces which had not been used for many years. Ashley was polite, informative and patient, and since our fireplaces were all in good working order, he did not charge us a thing for his time! I have friends who recommended his services because they, too, were very happy with his work. If we ever have an issue with our fireplace, or even just have a question or need a cleaning, I will always call Ashley in the future.

Very prompt, very pleasant, scheduled me quickly. Did a very clean job with the inspection and sweep. However, quoted me over $2000 in needed repairs. On consulting another service, discovered only about $100 in necessary repairs. Will not call again. Would recommend only the cleaning portion of the service.

Ashley came to our house and gave us estimate after Ashbusters gave us a $3200 estimate. Ashley told us it was fine and recommended some minor things we could do ourselves. Without any prompting he guessed the $3200 est was from Ashbusters. He showed us a stack of Ashbusters est. from other customers with almost exactly same price for repairs as ours. He said all of their chimneys did not need repairs. Charged us $40 for his time. Thank God we goy a second estimate.

We had Ashley clean our fireplace about two years ago as normal maintenance. This time around, we're selling our house so we requested he come out and do the repairs requested by the seller. If we need anything fireplace related, Ashley is the only one we'll call, he's on time, personable, honest and affordable.
