Description of Work: These guys are the preeminent MOPAR experts in the area. I've read critiques of their "professionalism" so I feel it is important to understand that there is no "Service Manager" or sales staff. You talk to the guys that "do the work". Anyone not comfortable talking to the mentality of a mechanic/technician/engineer should likely steer clear of this place. If however you are looking for people who really know what they are doing and keep the BS to a minimum then this is your place. I bought a 1970 Plymouth 'Cuda and I would not trust anyone but them with it. Half the mechanics shops around here don't know what to do with a car that doesn't have a computer to "tell them what is wrong." These guys have "forgotten more than I will ever know", etc. etc.

+ -1 moreFirst off, I have never had such poor customer service in my life!!! Randy, the owner was a real piece of work. I wouldn't go back just based on his attitude alone.
Description of Work: tested fuel system, replaced radiator and fixed some electrical issues.

+ 0 moreThey're a family owned business and they're top notch. They've always serviced my car and always done a wonderful job. They will refuse it if it's not worth me doing. They want to do what's most cost effective for the customer. The owner is a very nice person. Their prices are excellent. They follow the manuals that say how many hours it takes to perform a job. Even if the job takes longer they charge what the book says. I've never had any problems with them. They've always had great quality. They tell me how long it's going to take to get something done and they stay with it. I will continue to use their services in the future. I won't go anywhere else.
Description of Work: They put on shock absorbers and some other work.
