Left three messages over a ten day period with the receptionist for the Service Manager to call me about a question I had on the recent annual maintenance visit (blunder). I was advised that the Service Manager was in the office. He never had the courtesy to return my calls - all three! As a new customer - so much for making a good impression. If you want to be disrespected by being ignored, then this is certainly the company for you!
