My veterinarian is West Spartan County Animal. They board but I don't use their boarding. I just use Dr. Patch because he is probably the best that I have ever met. That's why I use. He takes real good care of my dog and my cat and that's all I ask. I think it is outstanding. He just really cares about the animals. I would grade him 'A' for everything, across the board.

The routine check up went well. But I was very pleased with the care and attention they showed my pekinese in May
when she was hit by a car.

Sign for the office was confusing, it appeared to be saying the office was 6 miles down the road. That instruction was actually for the Safari. NO sign on the building indicating it was an animal hospital.
The building felt more like a warehouse, bare bones basic office. Old equipment and old looking room. Did not get the warm and fuzzy feeling from the tech or the Doc.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Patch. Dr. Patch has been my vet for the last four years.
I had a kitty who was in bad health. Dr. Patch is amazing with the treatment, but also letting you know what is going on and preparing you for what to expect. I highly recommend. Prices are reasonable too.
Staff are very professional and ready to assist you.

West Spartan is a 50 minute drive for me, but I always take my cats there when it's something out of the ordinary. Dr. Patch and Dr. Inman are very caring and savvy about disease processes. Also, they are excellent communicators. And the prices are reasonable. I wish they were closer!

I heard about them from a friend. They are excellent and very professional.

I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and even with an appointment we had to wait 3/4 hour to see the doctor. He is superb with the animals and you can see that he really likes them. He did a thorough exam on each and we discussed an ongoing problem with the older cat and the way we are treating it. We also discussed one of the other animals who is a 'problem child.' The price is reasonable, all things considered, and the staff is prompt and well-trained.
