Upstate Home Maintenance LLC

We recently had Upstate Maintenance perform several tasks at our home. They gave us a quote for everything, we agreed and they worked relentlessly until all the tasks were done. In fact, several of the jobs they did required a lot more elbow grease than they anticipated but they did not charge more. They kindly held to our agreed upon quote. I would not hesitate to hire these guys again. They did plumbing, installing ceiling fan fixtures, installing a chandelier on ceiling of a 17’ foyer, installing faucets (they also installed shut off valves underneath the Jacuzzi tub which definitely was not easy to get to!), cement board and shower pan in remodeling process of a bathroom. They left their work area clean every day, they were polite, personable and gentlemanly. Their work was flawless. I also asked Casey to install a niche area in the shower as he was doing the cement board which he kindly did(it looks great!). You won’t go wrong if you hire these guys. Believe me, we’ve had numerous repair folks at our home over the years and these guys are the ones that will be doing our repairs and installs from now on. Their prices are also very reasonable.
