Sullivan painting assists the under employed by providing non-technical jobs, however we do try to hire people with integrity. As with all businesses there are times our staff members do not meet our expectations and appropriate measures are taken to meet our client’s needs. All of Sullivan Painting workers are residents of the Upstate and have provided verified addresses to management. We cannot be responsible for any actions of individuals when they are not directly involved in providing services on behalf of Sullivan Painting and we do discourage workers from contacting clients outside of their contracted duties. The individual mentioned in your review had voluntarily quit Sullivan Painting earlier that day. We regret that he took it upon himself to attempt to contract to do more work for you afterwards but as mentioned we are unable to control these matters. We sincerely apologize for the messiness and the dog being on the project. We have addressed these issues and this will not happen again. I believe you may have been under the impression that Kathy, the secretary you spoke with in regards to the details of your contract with Angie’s List was an Angie’s List employee and she is actually the secretary for Sullivan Painting. We do appreciate that you were happy with her services and her responsiveness. We typically hope that our clients will notify us within 24 to 48 hours, however if there are any issues still outstanding that need our attention we will make every attempt to do what we can to bring them to a satisfactory end. Since we have had a very busy season and the weather has been an issue as well, we hope you will give us the opportunity to address any unresolved issues and correct any misunderstandings.
