Lee Roy, the owner runs his business with professionalism and integrity. He is easily reached through his assistant Kathy or personally. His men showed up between 8:15-8:30 every day and work hard ALL day leaving a little after 5pm. He and his men are great at what they do and it honestly went so seamless. I would recommend him a thousand times over.

Lee Roy and his team did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We obtained 5 quotes and Sullivan Painting was the best value. At first, he told us he could be finished around April 22nd because he had another big job. However, we were on a deadline and told him we needed it complete by April 15th. He agreed and finished ahead of schedule (April 10th). His team would come in and do the initial painting and he would go behind them and do the touch up and make it look perfect. We had door entryways where the cat had scratched the wood and an area where the wall had a crack due to settling. He patched these up and made them disappear. My fiancée and I thought his team were very professional and enjoyed getting to know a little about their lives. It is obvious that Lee Roy is a man of faith and takes pride in his work. He was very accommodating and did more than what was agreed. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

They did an excellent job. The paint looks great and they cleaned everything up and put the room back as it was when they were done. They were very professional. Cost included paint.

Although the job was slow to start, over all I was pleased with the work. I was out of town, so I had to rely on the contractor and he did what he said he would do. He had to work around some other work I was having done and he made it all work. The price seemed a little low from the initial bid, so it was not a surprise when some items were added. even so the price was reasonable based on having an almost identical job done for another home I used to own. I would use him again.
