I would use this provider again.

The apartment was, by normal person standards, a disaster.  It had been ignored and neglected for many years.  The relative who had been living there was a hoarder of some things, though not all things like you see on TV.  The apartment was a studio with kitchen, bathroom, and livingroom/bedroom, but it was in an old house, so the rooms were bigger than a typical studio.  
The apartment had been emptied of anything that was salvageable.  Servpro was to handle the disposal of what remained and then the full cleaning.  From a disposal standpoint, the only furniture being removed was a boxspring, plus some small electronics (TV and several printers).  The remainder was trash in one form or another, but nothing of size.  The "mess" covered the floors, but not in its entirety, and there were not stacks of stuff.  Everything could easily have fit into the bed of one pick-up truck.  More labor-intensive than the disposal was probably the cleaning, with focus on the bathroom and the refrigerator.
The job was done satisfactorily.  The apartment was 100% better than when they arrived, and I was admittedly stunned that the refrigerator looked sparkly.  However, it was still a small apartment, and the job itself only took a few hours.  For the price of $675, I wanted it to be pristine.  While a good service and greatly appreciated, it wasn't $675 great.  I think, basically, that if you have a larger property or larger task, the price will more adequately match the service given.  However, if the job is small, like mine, there's probably a baseline price that they will never charge less than, and it makes those smaller jobs feel expensive.
The people were polite and professional.  The initial appointment was taken quickly.  It took several days to hear back from anyone on setting the actual cleaning appointment, so that was stressful at the time (I don't live in the same city), but it was a minor inconvenience.

The receptionist at SERVPRO was courteous and professional. She said someone would be at the house at 2:30 and at 2:25 the green truck was in the driveway. Was greeted by Brian F. and he was very kind, professional, and was a good listener regarding the issue at hand. He didn't hesitate to investigate the area of wet wood under the crawlspace. The affected area ended up being a minor problem remedied by the use of fans. He made some suggestions and offered a treatment spray for the small area of mold where the wet wood was. I was very thankful for his analysis, helpful advice, and the peace of mind. I would not hesitate to call SERVPRO in the future, or recommend them to others. Very nice folks!

The quoting process was quick and very detailed.  The team arrived on-site as planned, sealed the basement environment, and completed the basement remediation in approximately two days.  This included removal of sheetrock, cabinets and other porous materials, and salvaging door casings.  ServPro ran air filtration and de-humidification during their service, and mold testing was completed as scheduled.

When he moved into a recent house the house smelt like male cat urine. We tried all sorts of things as a family to try to rid the smell-pulled out all the old carpeting, used Kilz on the subflooring, and applied bioenzyme products after identifying urine stains using a blacklight, but ultimately gave up and turn to Servpro. Buck, who is the owner of the company, came to our house and was very sincere and honest about his suggestions. He cleaned the duct system but unfortunately the odor persisted. Then he had the crawlspace plastic covering removed, and deodorized the crawlspace. He was accurate and clear about the cost of each process. He got rid of the stink. I would recommend them. They are honest and reliable.

They arrive for an onsite assessment very soon after our initial call - Buck and John.  They provided us with an assessment using water/dampness/moisture measuring equipment and provided us with advice and options at different ranges.  We had a HD washing machine explode and leak water into carpet and through second level.  Luckily it was a small amount of water but they explained the possible ramifications if we didn't address properly.  They provided options for them to do work (initial water removal, then dryers and humidifiers w monitoring) or if we chose to do it ourselves.  Equipment was set up that day.  All team members were very professional.  We'd definitely call them again.

It's a husband and wife team. They actually have been coming by everyday since the flood.  They come by and check on the moisture levels underneath our house.  Right after the flood they had to come in as soon as the water receded and start tearing out insulation and duct work and anything that's under there in the crawl space.  Anything that's wet and get it out.  And they started putting fans and dehumidifiers and whatever kind of equipment necessary under the house to try to dry up any moisture that's under to help prevent mildew and mold.  And then they sprayed an antimicrobial agent under to also prevent mold and mildew from forming.  Then it was kind of a waiting game for our weather to stop being so humid.  As humid as it's been lately, the moisture is not going to dry up.  It's just not going to. Finally we had enough break in the weather and enough dryness in the air to where it has finally dried up down there. So the are actually coming tomorrow to re-install the insulation.  And once they do that we are done with all the repairs from the flood.  But they have been really absolutely top notch.  I have never seen any company be as on top of things as, as confirmed I don't know how they are doing it.  We have talked with a couple of agents that have been assigned to our home the ones that come out a couple times a day, we've had to stop and chatter with them a couple of times because they are assigned to our next door neighbor's house as well so they will stop here and then go next door and we'll chat with them sometimes and they have had so many claims just in our town that they have files stacked in rows up and down their hallways in their office.  They said that right after the flood, the first few days, that they were going on three hours of sleep and getting right back out showering and back out.  So it's like these like our first responders after a flood. These guys are the big hero's of this area right now because they really have worked their behinds off.  This is the dirty work after the flooding.  They really had to handle the really nasty stuff.  Get rid of it and hawl it off and you know crawl up after those nasty houses.  They have been wonderful. And still have a smile on their faces to go 48, 76 however many hours with three hours of sleep and still have a smile on their faces.  I don't know how they do it, but they did.  They were always pleasant, always compassionate, always empathetic with us anyway, every time we saw them.  I don't know how they kept that happy face on when they were so exhausted.  And they never looked like they were that exhausted.  They really put a good front on for us whenever they would have to come and talk to us and give us a report on what was going on.  They were always very patient, very well mannered, you would never know that they only had three hours of sleep or two hours of sleep or no sleep that night.  They were outstanding.  If I had to give a service people reward right now in my book it would definitely go to Servpro.  They have  been fabulous, absolutely fabulous.
