She brought her own cleaning supplies which was an added bonus. She and her team were so upbeat and happy, we will definitely use Sandra again.

Sandra is extremely friendly and positive, and so was her crew. They did a great job and I've hired her To work bi-weekly. She responds quickly to questions and I must stress - is friendly and positive. I've only had three agencies; one team for 10 yrs and they moved out the area. The next two teams not only didn't do a great job, but seemed unhappy and depressed when walking in the door. I understand that cleaning might not be the most enjoyable task, but when people seem miserable, it makes for Strange dynamic between the homeowner and cleaning team. Sandra has only worked here once, and based on that experience, I would highly recommend her.

I had written about Sandra's Cleaning Service after the first visit and set up a day and time for a second visit. She never showed up, called her and she had forgotten but she she would be here shortly. After waiting a hour and a half, called her back told her not to come.

very satisfied with the Work on the job After initial clean schedule a comeback didn't even show up for the second clean didn't even call me to Cancel. Very up set waited all day for them. No I won't recommend them at all.

Sandra is completely trustworthy. (After hiring her I met her and her husband at church!) She does a good job and seems very knowledgeable. I just moved into a completely renovated new place and she gave me some pointers on how to care for the surfaces that were new to me.

Not as detailed as I would expect. Vacuumed around area rugs instead of moving and vacuuming under. Dirt and hair remained on floor beside toilet and dusting incomplete in some areas.

Sandra came to give us an estimate then arrived and did perfect work. We are very pleased.
