What our contractor found  was that SK had severed the floor joice directly under the toilet in the master bath and also had used non code screws to mount the toilets in both bathrooms! There was no wax residue on the bottom of either toilet therefore neither was ever seated correctly!! But the worst was the master bath toilet had been leaking all this time, the sub flooring was soaked in waste and had warped and had black mold  and had to be replaced.!!! Therefore a new floor also had to be installed! I have used BBB and now a lawyer to get compensation and all SK will do is to put in a new joice and claim the leak was past the four year construction guarantee. The insulation insulation was soaked under that area and had to be replaced.
I also would like to know how a main joice in that area could escape detection when a new home must be inspected before being sold both by builder and county, and the gruff man SK sent out to inspect the floor all missed the joice that was severed!!! Quite frankly I'd be suspect in letting SK build a doghouse!!!

We contracted with SK Builders, Inc. to build a custom floorplan on some land that we owned. They gave us a very good price and recommended some great loan brokers. Work began immediately. The entire building process has gone very smoothly. We have been happy with the quality of all of the work, the cleanliness of the site, and the thoroughness of our jobsite supervisor. The home was completed in 3 months. They offer an in house warranty program and wil send a warranty rep. to our house 30 days after closing to complete a punchlist and 1 yr after closing to complete a punchlist.
