Pro Clean Exteriors is one of the Upstate's leading exterior cleaning companies. We're committed to providing exceptional service and value to our clients. We primarily service higher end residential and small to mid-sized commercial and business clients. We originally started as a roof cleaning company utilizing exclusively soft wash techniques. Since that time we’ve expanded our range of services due to client demand. We still use safe soft washing for the majority of our cleaning and rarely use high pressure except where absolutely necessary. By not being tied to just one method of cleaning like many of our competitors, we can select the right tools and methods for cleaning your property. We utilize only the finest commercial grade, ecological friendly chemicals. Pro Clean Exteriors was founded in 2012 by Rick Fairbanks in response to the need of custom homeowners needing quality maintenance done on their properties. We had Pro Clean Exteriors house wash for us last week and they did a great job. They washed both front and back porches and screens, as well as sidewalk and porch floors, (and product did not effect shrubbery). Our home is just under 2000 sq. ft. and Rick gave us the best estimate. He was able to come a few days after I called him and was genuinely concerned about how well he completed the job I highly recommend Rock with Pro Clean and will use his business again.

The personnel were very pleasant and my house and cement driveway and sidewalks were very clean when they finished. They charged only the quoted price which was sent to me in advance. This is a very professionally company and I highly recommend them.

Mr. Fairbanks called to let me know when he was nearing my home. He had good reviews on Angi and 9 years of experience and gave me a reasonable estimate for washing our home. Since he had the afternoon free, I asked him to go ahead with the job. He had good equipment and was polite and efficient. I give Pro Clean Exteriors a 5-star rating.

They were at my house on time ready to go when I went back outside to look at the house looks brand new all the mold and fungus was off the walkway it was gorgeous and the patio was looking absolutely brand new thank you for a great job I highly recommend these guys for any of your pressure washing needs!!!
