I was very satisfied with Jason and Preferred Softwash. They were very careful with all of my landscaping nothing has died or turned brown. It has been 5 years since my house was cleaned and Jason and his guys did a phenomenal job. They were very professional and polite. I can say Jason is a "nothing is a problem" type of guy. Communication was great, showed up when he said he would, and after a long hard day, I dropped another small project on them, and they were very accommodating.They is not a thing negative that I could say about Jason or his men. I am a very satisfied customer and will use him again.

We moved into our house 6 months ago. The exterior was very dirty and not have been cleaned in many years. They really had their work cut out for them. They were up to the task and the results were amazing! OK wasn't good enough - they were very diligent in making sure that everything was very clean. They really did a wonderful job. We will definitely use them again.

Jason visited and inspected the outside of our home, gave me a quote, minus a discount for being a member of Angie's List, and we scheduled a date for the service. Jason himself did not come to our home, but sent his crew. We were very pleased with the results and highly recommend Preferred Softwash.

Deck, soffitt's, gutters and exterior walls look like new after their visit. No damage to plants. I thought I was going to have to paint the soffitt's and gutters but they came out looking great.

They arrived on time and were very professional and quick. They only issue is that we talked to the salesman and asked that our plants be taken care of. He informed us that they would cover the shrubs and plants. When the workmen arrive they told us that they would spray down all of our shrubs and plants with a protective fluid and rinse afterwards. They said it would be safe. Unfortunately about a week after we found several dead plants. We should have called but neglected doing that. Our fault there.

Jason came over to give me an estimate on cleaning my brick steps, front and side, as well as some moldy brick on my patio. I thought his estimate was good(compared to another I had received) and hired him on the spot. My husband was out of town so I was thrilled that he could do it right away (you ladies know what I'm talking about). He did a thorough professional job. My patio never looked so good! Chemicals were applied to roof, as well as gutters were cleaned also. The driveway was then pressured washed . I was very pleased with the services I received, the contactor /owner was very thorough and did an excellent job.
