 + -1 moreDisappointed not with the actual cleaning a waxing. ButI really surprised on how irresponsible these people were in allowing someone to get behind the wheel a tampered with my special British automobile.
Description of Work: My classic British Car was to Washed,and Waxed.I wanted it prepared for an upcoming function at local University.The actual work performed was acceptable. But My issue is that when I picked up my vehicle. I noticed that certain controls were tampered with. My upgraded turning signal lever and was definitely not the the same functionality as prior to leaving it at Executive Detail. My drivers side seat was repositioned and seat position lever that is supposed to maintain the chosen location in relationship to the pedals and controls. The light switches were messed with as well. I almost like an inexperienced person or a kid might have been playing in my car. So yes,I satisfied with cosmetic results but no at pleased with what took place and how this affected the turn signal lever assembly and the other aforementioned issues. Very irresponsible and unprofessional foe sure. Remember "You don't get a second chance fora first opinion.

Description of Work: My husband took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to have it detailed. Company's pamphlet said something like "every nook & cranny"...I still found stains in the carpet that I was able to get out myself, areas of dust/dirt that weren't removed, whatever they put on the plastic moldings on the exterior streaked the first time it rained...IF they put wax on the Jeep, it wasn't very good - doesn't feel smooth like a wax, didn't bead up when wet. Seems like they washed it & sprayed something that smelled good inside instead of a $200 DETAILING.

 + -1 moreIt was fine and painless. I went in and dropped the truck off and they had it done by the end of the day. They went over the truck with me and even did a bit extra than what the job called for.

Precision Detailing offers the following services: We offer a full range of services for automobiles including paint restoration (correction), dent removal, complete interior and exterior detail packages, as well as simple maintenance washes. In addition to detailing cars, we also offer our services for boats, RV's, semi-trucks, and motorcycles. While we dont offer a mobile service, we do provide free local pick-up and drop-off. Working on your vehicle in our own shop enables us to serve you better by providing a better finished product.
We dont currently repaint cars, or do any major mechanical work.
