We were and are very pleased with Pooles' service. From the quarterly treatment of our home for pests, to maintenance under our home, they do a great job and have totally earned our trust. We are moving and are taking Pooles right along with us.

The work was performed within the expected time frame and budget. They did a professional job and the crawlspace looks much better. Mr. Poole was responsive to our inquiry, knowledgeable in discussing options, and overall very easy to work with.

They were fantastic and they sprayed thoroughly. They completed the job quickly without messing around. They just got right to work. What really impressed me was that they came out right away when I called. They didn't put me off. They did what we asked without any fuss. They gave us a good deal on the price.
