They made mistakes but would not acknowledge the mistakes. They would agree to correct the mistakes but not follow through on the agreement.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
These people use sub contractors whose work is sloppy. Cabinets were custom finished and were delivered with some surface areas unfinished. Granite countertops were installed with poor workmanship. Had to hire our own carpenter to finish off raw edges and cover up sloppy details of the new cabinets. When confronted with obvious installation problems was told that this is the "area standard." Apparently our area has "low" standards.
