This is not the first time I have used Northwest. I would say that upon all of their visits, I have had both good and bad experiences. I would call them an average company who occasionally makes mistakes. Now, they did properly unclog my drains and everything is fine now, but, they did kind of screw up a little bigger job in the past. It was nothing major, it just was not perfect. So, I would not say they are perfect and I would not say they are horrible either. They are just average.

These guys had installed all of the sinks and toilets in our home. When we had a problem with the one sink leaking their customer service was great. They said it was a manufacturer's defect and came right back with a new sink to solve the problem and without any fuss. They were very good about backing their work so I was really pleased with them. My sink was still under warranty.
