The home's floors are lovely.  All stains and scratches are gone and the finish is great.  The refinishing was virtually dust free and the crew was on time and hard working.  Bob Braden delivered everything he promised and then some.  He even touched up our threshhold in the kitchen off the garage.  The kitchen is linoleum.  Such a nice surprise!  We will definitely recommend him for floor refinishing.  We will use him again in another home when it is time.

Amazing work!! Workers arrive and go right to work, careful to not allow dust to escape to other parts of the home. Mr. Sandman himself (Bob) takes the time to listen to your request and accommodate to your wishes. The floors turned out beautiful with three coats of finish applied. We are having him install wood flooring in other rooms in the house.

Extremely professional. Work was done as a master craftsman would do it. The dust containment system he used is a must.
Would use him again and highly recommend him.

He worked around my budget as I could not afford it all at once.  So he found the white rustic oak that matched the rest of my house perfectly and had it delivered and put in my house to "acclimate" until I could pay for the installation. (It was 5" varying lenghts)  I did pay him for the wood.  It " acclimated for 2 months, then I called him and said I was ready for him to install it.  He said he would be in Myrtle Beach the next week and would do it then.  He came as stated, put the floors down, sanded and stained them.  Came back day or 2 later and finished the job.  Beautiful!!!  And then I paid him.  He was so flexible with the payments and the timeline.  He was fantastic.

The crew was there on time, moved all the furniture (safely), worked like Trojans, and stayed well after 5 pm a couple of days to keep schedule. Owner stayed in touch with us every day with an update on progress, and responded to any questions we had. He also made suggestions on the stairs, ballusters, and rail that turned out beautiful. He also replaced all shoe mold (very reasonable price), so scuffing was not a problem at all. They even got the closets and underneath the kitchen island. Best news: he got us out of the hotel in 4 days, saving us a couple of nights' charges. He left the job clean and everything back in place as he'd found it. Other than a stray cigarette butt or two in the yard, the whole experience was good (which I cant' say for many Florence area contractors). I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

chose this company because of lower pricing and friendliness of owner. unfortunately, you get what you pay for. existing hardwood floors re-stained left with streaks and "swirl marks",stain on molding and walls, gaps between new flooring installation and walls that could not be covered with standard moulding, use of workers who spoke no English; therefore, could not communicate concerns during process unless owner present. owner attempted to correct stain on wallls. painter then got oil base paint all over the newly stained floors. uhg! had another company in town come look at the completed job. they too agreed..."someone did a terrible job on your floors."
