LEON HIX INSURANCE-REAL ESTATE

My son is a new driver (16) and had a wreck when I was out of state.  My insurance agent Don Hazzard with Allstate handles everything like a charm.  I have my insurance agent's license and am aware of the process and how difficult it can be because I was involved in a wreck that left me disabled.  Don Hazzard and his office including Diane took care of everything and I feel blessed to have them as my insurance carrier.  They have gone above and beyond many times and when I call or go into the office, they are very personable and ask me about my family, etc. making me feel like a person and NEVER a number.  I have referred many family and friends to him and will gladly do so in the future.  The other party that was at fault in the wreck had another insurance carrier Leon Hix (Greenville Casualty) that has given me the run around and I'm going on day 4 without a rental because they want to do the appraisal first.  The Towing company I use is Barnes Towing in Greer and need me to sign a release to let Leon Hix do the appraisal, but how am I going to get there?  Ugh.
