Had a little trouble setting an appointment but when made the tech arrived on time, He was knowledgeable about my opener and was able to fix it with an adjustment so no service parts were required. He then performed some maintenance on both openers although I had not asked for it. All for the price of the call. I was very satisfied with my experience and would l definitely use Keenan again.

The employee was fine....the fee is rediculous!!

We had used this company for minor adjustments to our garage door in the past. We had a hail storm go through the area in March 2016 & after having our roof replaced and other repairs to the house we needed to replace the garage door. Our insurance would only cover the replacement of 2 panels on a door that was 16 years old. We decided to replace the door and the opener and Keenan already had a proven track record with us. They ordered what we wanted and when the parts came in scheduled the install. Everything went smoothly and we have a beautiful door and opener and it can all be operated from a smartphone which is an unexpected but welcome benefit. Keenan supports their customers and that's the best benefit of all.

Quick to come out and look. work was not urgent but had to chase them to do the fitting. apart from that everything was great. they came on time, did the work quickly and professionally

Very nice, old school kind of company.  Booked the work over the phone, they came out and did the job while I was at work and then I paid over the phone.

Gentleman showed up on time, he was very professional and curteous.

He was able to come in a highly timely manner. (He actually could have come sooner, but I had a conflict.) He said that he would be at my home at a particular time ... and he was. He examined my warranty before making repairs to ensure that I was not entitled to free parts from someone else. He clearly explained what he planned to do and why. I plan to use him for all future garage door repairs.

We had a hail storm and the damaged the front of our house and broke the windows on our garage door. Keenan Garage was the company that the builder had used so we called them to fix it., they came out the next day and within a few weeks we had our new door up. Mr.Witt was fantastic and worked with the insurance company. To me they are the best company in SC.

We had several companies give phone quotes for adjusting our spring. Keenan was the least expensive. Our need was not urgent and we received service within two days. The technician was polite, informative and made some additional suggestions and adjustments while he was onsite. Our invoice came in the mail a few days later at the exact price quoted over the phone.

I will be using Keenan in the future and will advise others to do the same.

This was one company I would really tell people about anytime and it's because they really took great care of me. The spring was broke and I didn t really know what the problem was. They came right over from Greer and got me fixed right up. The door has been just fine since and I couldn t have expected much more out of them than the way they took care of me.
