Kenny Powell stayed in close contact with us through the estimate/bid and building process. Our project was a bit more complicated than some because portions of the deck were built into the house. Our new decks are a huge improvement. Kenny made a suggestion to our plan which made construction better. He told us he wanted us to be happy with the job and he inspected often and made any corrections needed. We are very happy with the outcome and have been enjoying our new decks.

Kenny and his crew were absolutely FABULOUS! We wanted a custom covered pergola in our back yard and I knew I wanted real cedar, not the “cedar look” the cheap store kits have to offer. Kenny came out and designed our pergola and priced it on the spot! At first we thought it was expensive, but we shopped around and saw the value in the quality of his work (we looked at 2 jobs he completed nearby). KBS stayed on schedule and on budget even after the county inspector was delayed! A big THANKS to Kenny and his team! Our neighbors are jealous of the beautiful custom pergola we have!
