extra carpenter work was needed to support the new gutters. the repairs were made and the new gutters were installed. we are pleased with the work that was done.

Excellent work. Showed up as promised. Job completed quickly and efficiently. Thorough and ongoing clean-up. Of special concern was damage to extensive foundation plantings. They were VERY careful about that and there was NO appreciable damage.

roof was done ok but could not fix leaky chimney, it leaked into attic then into living room , tarp was put on by them over chimney and it stayed there for 2 months until we hired a chimney restoration company. they also did a very poor job of replacing the gutter helmet over the gutters after the new roof job. Never sent us a certificate saying we had a new roof which would be necessary at time to sell house. Customer service people nice on phone but rarely followed through, had to insist that they replace some of the gutter helmets as they were damaged from them just throwing them down on the ground while the roof was being done. we would never recommend them to anyone!

The technician they sent, alone, fell from his ladder half way through the process, breaking his ankle. EMT's were called and he was transported to the local hospital. The company sent folks to retrieve, his truck, tools and materials. Last word was that he was scheduled for surgery and the prognosis for complete recovery was positive. The company has never completed the job. Pressure washing was never done before winter and repairs were never completed. Customer follow-up non existent...we paid 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion. The contract has never been satisfied.

Gutter Helmet would not schedule the repair or return my phone calls, so I wrote some appropriately nasty reviews. Only then did they respond.

They did everything they said. Our salesman knew his business and was very professional! We love the product!

First, the salesman got the fit wrong for hanging the awning which delayed the install about 2 weeks. However, the worst part was they failed to tell me the awning could not be used in the rain. That was after I told the salesman that I wanted to awning so I could leave my cushions out on wet weather. A soon as it rained the awning filled with rain water that did not run off. I complained, but they refused to take back the awning and refund my money, which I had requested. It was a very significant expense for me and I feel cheated by their failure to fully inform me of the awning's deficiencies.

He hosed off the exterior part of the gutter guards. It didn't seem necessary to me, but they claimed it was. I don't understand, and I don't understand why it is necessary. A clearer explanation would've helped.
They were very helpful, however, in assisting with evaluation of  the downspout issues, and very prompt in coming when the flooding was occur ring. So it was a mixed bag, as things often are.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. From the minute I walked into their office, I received only the most friendly, professional and courteous treatment one could ask for. I was greeted by the friendly Office Manager, Sheryl, who immediately stopped what she was doing and addressed my concerns. I was given a card, complete with a picture of the person who would contact me for an estimate. My house had a feature making installation difficult due to an inverted fascia . Steve Henry, Customer Service Representative, worked with me and answered all of my questions. He listened to the ideas I thought were acceptable or not and valued my opinions when I expressed them. By the end of the day I had pictures of the plan "we," not "he" thought would work best for my situation. I was given time to think about the estimate without a hassle, and had Steve's phone number for any further questions that might come up later. I moved forward with this company and had excellent service from the crew members. They were on time, knowledgeable, considerate of my time, cleaned up when the job was complete, and a joy to be around. Since the job has closed I have contacted this company on different occasions with questions and have always been greeted as if I were a long time friend. I love going outside and seeing the leaves fall while I just smile because I know that my gutters are going to be clear all year round! Since this time, I have sold my house and knowing that the gutters have a transferable warranty, I can't think of a better house warming gift to the new owners! I think the money I spent with this company has been the best investment in house maintenance I have ever made!

Contractor showed up on time and replaced front gutters. Also cleaned rear gutters and did minor repairs. Very neat job.
