GREER FENCE & SUPPLY

First, I checked the BBB. They came out and walked over everything with me and they were never pushy on anything, which I just love. It is highly unusual. They were definitely here as they said they would be, never a moment late. They did an excellent job with the fence. It is holding up extremely well and I have no problems at all.

The price was good and the work was completed on time. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. However, they cut our irrigation system in 3 places while doing the work, despite it being marked by the landscaper. We also had a miscommunication somewhere along the way and they installed a 3.5 ft gate instead of a 4 foot gate. We got a price on a replacement gate and the sales person said they would call us when they could schedule the work. We repeatedly called the sales person to get the plan to replace the gate. After a month of no responses or calls back from the sales person, we filed a BBB complaint. Greer Fence was out the next morning to install the gate. Needless to say, they will not be putting in the rest of our fencing when the new yard is established.

We only needed Greer Fence & Supply to come out once for the installation of our fence. We didn't have to call them back for any repairs what so ever. The fence really gave us the privacy and the sense of security we wanted. They were a family owned business and you could tell they actually cared about their business. I was really not sure of the total cost of the fencing however I know that it was reasonable.
