+ -1 moreThis is an awful company to deal with. When the inspector was preparing to go onto the roof I asked him if he had a ladder "standoff" to avoid damaging my gutters. He replied no. So I offered him mine to use. He refused and said he would just write up the inspection to read "the owner did not want his roof inspected". That was totally false. He proceeded to his truck and drove off after only being at the house for 15 minutes. He never completed the inspection. He then lied to the realtor as to what actually took place. AVOID THIS INSPECTION SERVICE COMPANY!!
