I've had it for about a year. They were very good. They accommodated my needs. I needed them to come a second time for the installation and they did that willingly. They were very helpful. Dish paid for the installation.

I like that they are opened and have staff twenty four hours. They are very helpful and a lot of their customer service people are not stupid but are overall knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They came on time and were really professional. They are good with their responsiveness but every time I have a drop of rain the satellite goes out.
