After having that second unit only about 2-3 years, the newer a/c unit started needing Freon annually. I asked Dennis to find and fix the leak. He said he would come "as soon as I can." Below are two emails. The first was dated April 12 and the second May 5, 2015. As you can see, I have given him sufficient time to respond. I have not heard one word. I had to have another company repair the leak in my crawlspace. It took that company 15 minutes or less to repair it. I don't understand what has happened to Dennis Russell. I guess they have so much business that he can choose to ignore a faithful, fast-paying customer. As a small business owner myself, that is not the way to stay in business. Dennis,
Do you plan on coming and if so - when?
What has happened to you over the last couple of years? You have broken appointments; you haven't been communicative and you failed to repair that leak in the crawlspace after five or six requests over a period of a couple of years.
You didn't start out like that!
Are you going out of business?
Do you not want my business? If so, please be ethical enough to inform me.
I haven't been demanding, I paid my bills on time and I have been polite. Please tell me what's going on?
Did you ever replace the core of one unit that was approved by insurance?
