Mr. Raecelboom was highly recommended to us from a friend when we asked about a trustworthy contractor to do a plumbing project. Mr. Raecelboom does general home and garage repair/enhancements etc. He uses a plumbing contractor and acted as a General Contractor with our project. Although a GC is not usually required for such projects, based on our other quotes, and realizing his services were included, he proved to be a bonus and therefore his quote was more competitive. He was extremely professional, contacted us immediately when we left messages or emails, and helped arrange our schedules with a busy plumber and RAIN DELAYS! He provided insurance, license number, scheduling, advice re: options, and follow up. His personality was very easy going, and he was recommended to us by friends who said he was honest, excellent, and professional. His involvement and our experience with him personally will definitely put him on our list when we have other home improvements or repairs.
