Landscaping
The contractor delayed our closing due to tardiness. We closed in late July, paying for the work done to date. By that winter we suffered erosion damage. To make a long story short, the irrigation was not installed properly- it was miswired and leaked in a number of places- and the drainage was a complete failure, resulting in wiping out a side of our hill. Total cost of repair greatly exceeded $4000 plus hundreds of hrs of stress. The contractor would not talk to us and would not communicate with us or later, the Summary Court. Professional evaluations proved this contractor's negligence and lack of performance. The Summary Court found in favor of the plaintiff, but Brendle Landscaping and it's owner will not pay. There is no property for the court to seize.

Landscaping
Brendle Landscaping did a wonderful job of putting in a flowerbed in our front yard. They had it completed in just a couple of hours and now we have beautiful flowers in our yard. The workers were also very nice people.
