Plumbing
It wasn't good; nothing was working after they had left. It just seemed like he didn't know what he was doing, and he didn't care about what had to be fixed. Then the next thing I know there is water pouring everywhere, and there was nothing I could do except for wait a week until someone else came to fix it. It was just this 1 guy that came and did the job and apparently he was also the owner. I will never get him to work around my house again, and I would never recommend him to anyone.

"I DON'T KNOW WHO MADE THIS REPORT, SO IT IS HARD TO RESPOND TO IT. I DO NOT LEAVE A JOB UNTIL I AM SURE THAT IT IS WORKING PROPERLY. IF I AM UNABLE TO EFFECT A REPAIR, I DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE TIME I SPENT TRYING. I ALWAYS TELL CUSTOMERS THAT IF A PROBLEM SHOWS UP AFTER I LEAVE TO CALL ME BACK. I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT OR RETURN THE MONEY. I AM A ONE-MAN OPERATION, SO IF IT WAS MY COMPANY THAT DID THE WORK, I WOULD HAVE BEEN THE MAN ON THE JOB. I AM SOMETIMES HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH, BUT MY ANSWERING MACHINE IS ALWAYS ON. TO MY KNOWLEDGE, THIS IS THE ONLY REGISTERED COMPLAINT AGAINST MY COMPANY SINCE I STARTED BUSINESS IN 1983. THINGS DON'T ALWAYS GO AS THEY SHOULD, AND IF I MAKE A MISTAKE, I WELCOME THE OPPORTUNITY TO CORRECT IT."
