I called Bobs Upstate Lock & Security and Steve immediately answered the phone, it's past 4pm EST. Steve had a few work orders ahead of me, but said he would be happy to get the job done right away if I would keep the office open past 5pm. Not only was Bob's Upstate Lock willing to go above and beyond the call of duty, they were actually cheaper than their competitors and did not charge overtime for afterhours service call. Steve showed up emailed me the appropriate documents I requested to the corporate office. They were approved, work was conducted and completed. An invoice was emailed to me and payment was given over the phone. Quick, easy and painless transaction. Bob's Upstate Lock is now my go to vendor for the area. I highly recommend them!

It went very well. Steve came out to my house very quickly and unlocked my car. Not only was he quick to get there, he was very friendly. He gave me his business card and I will definitely call him if this happens again.

I can't say enough about this service call. It was fascinating to watch a master locksmith at work. He clearly enjoyed the challenge posed by the door & the lock, and kept with it until he provided a solution. I HIGHLY recommend this professional!
