I am very pleased with how my house is cleaned when the ladies leave. They do everything specified on a list and in a timely fashion. It feels good to be able to leave them to their job and know that it is getting done. I am very happy with the service I am given and recommend them to anyone looking for housekeepers. They come to my home once a month and that is perfect for my needs and schedule. Cynthia

Stellar work!! The team of 3 is in and out in no time and the entire house sparkles top to bottom!! Use their equipment/supplies or your own. My house is entirely porcelain tile flooring and they vacuum every inch then steam mop for a perfect shine. We have them in biweekly and even with our long haired dog, the house always feels and smells fresh and clean!! You will not be disappointed!!

I used this company for a few months. They were fine. I noticed over time tho the crew (3) they sent spent more and more time socializing, laughing, speaking loudly in the back bedrooms and delaying getting things done. I hesitated to complain for fear of retaliation but I did. Sure enough the next time they cleaned they didnt vacuum carpets, straighten anything etc. When I contacted the company about that he (Trey)wanted videos of the problems (I was at work and not willing to stop and do this). I told him to just take my name off their list. Within 5 minutes of doing that he sent me a text (now its about 4 in aft) that they have been broken into the night before and my check was taken so he wanted me to write him another check and send it to him immediately. I told him I would wait until it went thru my bank and then turn it over to whatever law enforcement agency he was working with. At this point he started threatening me with lawyers and making personal attacks. This make me very glad that I had gotten out from under this very questionable business.

The experience was pretty good. They're very good and my wife says they're very nice. My wife says: When I called I spoke to someone who said what do you want to have done and she gave some suggestions as to what she was asking, and I saw that when they arrive, they have a list of all the different things that people usually want to have done. She just checks off the boxes and then that's how the cost is determined, is by what boxes are checked off. So you can ask them to do whatever you need them to do. This last time I did not need them to clean the bathrooms because I had just done that myself, but they did all the vacuuming and sweeping and they go under the furniture. They're very thorough, they cleaned all the baseboards, they went upstairs and downstairs, and that's not easy vacuuming stairs. Downstairs I have rugs on wood floors, so it's like a double whammy. They had to roll the rugs up, go under them, put the rugs back, and vacuum. They were here at least two hours, there were two of them, and they both worked non-stop and they really did a good job. Because they had the boxes to check off and so forth, once finished, the two young ladies who came to my house, they spoke Spanish as their first language. They understood English if you speak slowly to them and you'd maybe point occasionally, that sort of thing, but they understood everything. We communicated very easily. I'm very, very happy with them. Their price was totally reasonable. They're very sweet. They were absolutely on time, on the nose. When they said they'd be here at 8:30 in the morning, they were here. This is our second time with them. Last time they were here, they introduced a product and asked if I would like for them to use it on my cabinets in my kitchen and I said oh yeah, that sounds good. And they did it and it was great. Whatever it was, it worked. It was very nice of them to introduce to me something I had never even heard of and I went out and bought some.

Completed everything we needed for floors,kitchen,bathrooms and even stayed a little a longer to finish.

Very nice folks. A little pricey for the services provided.

They didn't do a bad job; they did a good job. I am now with a different cleaning service that I feel does a better job. I've gotten a better rate. I was at work when they came out. I would use them again.

They were very efficient, prompt, punctual, and thurough. They were reasonably priced.

They do a very thourough job 98% of the time. There have been a few cases where I was frustrated becuase different teams were sent from one time to the next, and I had to explain what I wanted done to several different groups. They seemed to have quite a lot of turnover for a while.

To be fair, it may have been because the price was so reasonable. A team of 3 - 4 women come and clean from top to bottom. When they first started cleaning, the price was $95. That was a good price for me, for the size house I have, and it was within my budget. Unfortunately, it might not have been enough to fairly compensate the ladies doing the work and cover the overhead of the business.

They increased prices a few months ago, and I was sticker shocked at first because it went from $95 to $125, which is not as easily fit into my budget. But I think it was necessary, and the turnover seems to have improved.

I have been using them for many years. The only minor problem is that sometimes I don't get the same crew that I am used to working with. Some of the workers are better than others. I will continue to use this company.

We used this service for about a year and a half only we aren't using them any longer. I decided to clean my own house, but also the service seemed like it wasn't quite as good towards the end as it had been previously.
