David and his crew are polite and trustworthy. The work turned out great and we are so happy with his work that we're trying to get him to do our bathrooms this summer!

Dave Anderson gave me a very fair estimate of the work that needed to be done, and within a week they started the drywall repair. Once the work began, the job went quickly (completed in 6 days) and without any problems at all. The men he had working with him were incredibly polite and neat, and the quality of their work speaks for itself: the laundry room came out beautifully! (It was if the damage never happened!) He suggested a new type of light fixture that provided an incredible amount of light, and improved the use of the room immensely. He also put in crown molding that made the room look lovely. The painter he contracted was excellent (we actually want him to do the rest of our house too). I will use Anderson Construction again for any repair job that comes up! Thanks Dave and your crew! Great work!

David is an easy guy to work with. He is esperienced, knowledgeable and there is no guesswork between cost at time of quote and cost at time of completion. He doesn't force a thing, but he is definitely a resource to use to help you scope your remodel project. He can help you with ideas you may not have even thought of, and he is honest and will tell you if he thinks what you want to do might be the wrong call. You can tell he knows his people well and the work was done with skill and in a timely fashion. He also has the fastest darn painter I have ever seen in my life... We are happy with the results of our project and would use David again.

David was great to work with.Framing is done with his own employees not subs.He kept me informed on every stage of the
build which was in a hard to access location at the bottom of a hill.Every detail of the build was the way I wanted it and the
workmanship was excellent.I would recommend Anderson Building to anyone that wants the job done right the first time.

Mr. David Anderson did an excellent job building a detached garage. He provided a free estimate and showed up on time to discuss the job. He gave an estimate and did not go over the estimate on the price. He went above and beyond the job, wiring some old antique lights to the exterior that took extra time and patience. He even provided extra wiring for future projects without charging extra on the price.. I was very happy with the Garage, I would hire David again with no hesitation. Its nice to find someone that is hardworking and honest.

David and I designed a garage that was aesthetically appealing and functional to our needs.  The design of the garage required a lot of attention to detail.  During the entire construction David was punctual and informative of the entire process. David always included me in any decision where there were options in how something could be done or what it would look like.  We encountered a few obstacles along the way, however David always showed concern for any extra expenses and did what he could to help mitigate the cost.  Most importantly David never cut corners, he always put quality first.  My wife and I both agree that we found an ease in dealing with David and his crew.  David was always thoughtful and considerate when working at our home.  David is a very honest and caring person.  David definitely went above and beyond in the services we hired him to do.  We would highly recommend David for any of your remodeling or construction projects.

They have been working with us for several weeks. David Anderson calls us all the time and is very detailed about all they're doing.  We bought a home that is a fixer upper.  He and his crew are doing a really good job, so far.

David and his company were great to work with. If there were any issues to arise I always received a phone call informing me of the problem or asking my input on the situation. The garage went very smoothly and David even added in items because it was better. He stayed right on budget with the construction of the garage. During the Master bathroom renovation it was a very time consuming project that had many wrenches thrown in to it but David and his son Jeremy were great and took care of everything. They worked late to get all of the work completed. David had great ideas when it came to the design of the bathroom and the finished project looks amazing!!! Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with!

I found David to be personable, knowledgeable, and reliable.   The breadth of his expertise and resourcefulness is impressive.  He was able to offer solutions, either by his own work or through subcontracting, for each of the variety of problems I mentioned.   David showed up when he said he would, and he kept me informed of progress on the projects.  When he encountered unexpected obstacles (which happens in OLD houses!), he would explain several options and give rationale for his thoughts on the best choice.  I never felt pressured into pursuing more than what really needed to be done.   As for pricing, David's total for all three projects (chimneys/roofing, plumbing/carpentry, and electrical) was less than half of the quotes that I had previously received from two different chimney companies for that work alone.  (David offered the removal solution for the chimneys, which had not been suggested by the other companies, but was definitely the best option in this case, partially because it was much more cost-effective.)  The original driveway project for which I called David will be completed in the months to come, and I look forward to continued work with Anderson Building and Remodeling.

I found David to be personable, knowledgeable, and reliable.   My property needed (needs!)  a variety of repairs and projects, and he offered expertise and/or knowledge of resources for every one.     David  showed up when he said he would and stayed in touch about the progress of each project.  Each time an obstacle appeared (usually a function of the age of the house), David offered a number of options for problem-solving.  He helped me prioritize and offered rationale for the most cost-effective solution.   I was impressed with his approachability and the comprehensive nature of his skills.   David even found someone to haul away an old oil tank that was stored in my outbuilding; one of those "I wouldn't even know where to start" kind of problems that is now solved!    As for pricing, I had two previous quotes for only the leaking chimneys that were more than twice what David charged for all three projecfs: chimney/roof, plumbing/wall-floor, and electrical repairs. (David suggested chimney removal/roof repair,  the right solution which was not broached by the previous contractors.) The driveway project for which I originally called David is still in the works, and I look forward to continued work with Anderson Building and Remodeling.

After taking out everything (tub, cabinet, counter top, sinks, fixtures, flooring, window, door, and toilet) Anderson Building then tackled several of the code issues.  The 500 pound tub was on a weak floor joist; he replaced the joist.  He ran all new electrical and plumbing (code issue with the size of the plumbing for the bathtub also corrected).  Due to the weight of the tub, Anderson Building had to even out the floor, as it had dropped a good inch and the floor had become uneven and dipping into the first floor family room.
After correcting the floor, managed and orchestrated a new tile floor as well as tile surrounding the new tub.
Anderson Building orchestrated the manufacture and installation of the new cabinet as well as the granite counter top.  Installed all new light fixtures using the new wiring.  Installed a new bathtub and connected all plumbing / fixtures.  Was able to use the old toilet, as it was only 3 years old.
He took a length of 10 feet and broke up one side of the bath with a dressing area, while keeping the dual sinks and a beautiful upright cabinet separating the sinks to break up the space even further.  On the other 10 foot wall, he used the remaining 4 feet (the tub is 6 feet) and enclosed the toilet with its own door for privacy.
New doors (solid wood) and new window put in, with all new molding.

We called to get a quote and Mr. Anderson came out the next day. He worked up quotes for us doing the work we wanted several different ways so we could pick the way that worked the best for us. He showed up when he said he would and did a beautiful job on our deck. He is very detail oriented and makes you feel like your job, no matter how big or small is the most important one he has. I would highly recommend him to even the pickiest person, as he will work hard to make you happy.

Anderson Building & Remodeling showed up on time, did the work he promised, got it done when he promised and came in at the price he gave as an estimate.  Would definitely recommend to family and friends without hesitation.  I have had problems in the past where companies would show up late or wouldn't show up at all or did an awful job.  David is very particular about doing the best job possible and making sure it's up to the clients liking.
