 + -1 moreCalled him around 4 PM on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend after I toilets would not flush and water was gurgling in our kitchen sink. He was here within 30 minutes. Pumped us out and checked for any blockage. Top notch service would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

 + -1 moreSuper nice and professional. Called Saturday at 4pm and were at the house Sunday at 1pm. No extra charge for Sunday. Quick, knowledgeable and pleasant guys for a not-so-pleasant job. Showed up in a truck with the name Big Johnson, so you may know them by another name. I put them on my schedule to call every 3 years so I don't run into an emergency again! Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreThe guys showed up a little later than we asked for, but I understand their schedule dictates not specific times. They explained where they wanted the truck, and how to get it there, and proceeded to do everything they said they would do before leaving with a handshake. Good guys.
Description of Work: American Waste came to clean our septic tank. Three guys came and within 1/2 hour they were done. They took extra time to chat and explain to me what they were doing and how our system was working, along with some extra work required to move some landscaping I had recently done to get to the tank.

 + -1 moreIt is an unpleasant service to need but these guys were prompt and professional, very polite, genuinly nice service people. we were very pleased and would highly recommend. the same goes for the company they recommended to install new drain field. Advanced Septic, not listed on Angie's list but should be. pricing was good and they did a nice job of grading when they finished, we would recommend them.
Description of Work: our septic tank was backing up in the house for the second time in 2 months. when they came and drained it for us back in February, they told us we would need a new drain field. well they were totally correct ... one month and about 8 inches of rain later the system was backed up again the drain field was very old and not draining any more the yard above was saturated. House was built in 1946 and some of the drain field was original. American Waste came and drained the tank the next day . as agreed and recommended a company Advanced Septic to install the new drain field, Advanced Septic came out the next day and gave us an estimate and said they could get it scheduled in two days. The estimate was good, we were pleased with their professionalism so we hired them to do the job. they dug and installed a complete drain field in a few hours, only stopping when it began pouring down rain, and the tractor began slipping in the mud. they came back the next day, after it dried out and finished the grading, they really took time to do it right, they did a nice job of spreading, smoothing and graded to prevent rain water runoff from sitting over the new drain field. .

 + -1 moreWhat impressed me most is that I called around 10 am to set an appointment and they were able to come out by 1 pm to get the work done. The representatives, Steve and John, were great guys, they took care of the needed business and were very polite. I would highly recommend these guys.
