ACCURATE LEAK FINDERS

They installed a new pool liner in my 18 by 36 pool for $4400 in 11/2017. Everything has been great. I am a satisfied customer.

Fantastic customer service, came out much quicker than I would have expected. Both guys who did work were fantastic and actually did a lot of little extra things that I was not expecting. The quality was fantastic and the did a great job in disturbing as little of my patio as possible. I was not expecting it to near as well. Gave a lot of advice on what to do and offered up a lot of great suggestions to save on costs.

I called to make appointment and spoke with Ken who was very informative and he quoted me a price of 225.00 for a total scan of the liner, complete check of all fittings, pipes, returns, skimmer, drains and light seal for leaks. The quote also included up to ten patches.  On the day of the appointment I was to have pool water level to mid skimmer, no problem.  The service Technician arrived on time and was very courteous and professional.  T.J. introduced himself and immediately went to work scanning the pool, identifying two leaks and promptly put on his Dry Suit and applied patches in two places. Once patches were in place T.J. methodically checked all fittings, the light, the drain, the pipes, skimmer, skimmer pot etc...  Once finished T.J. gave advice as to the pool's liner and liner condition, even recommending approximate replacement and cost.  I could not have been more pleased with T.J.'s professional demeanor, work performance in  cold conditions to say the least and T.J.'s experienced advice.  Having someone such as T.J. with his experience and customer service representing your company is an invaluable asset.

They fixed all the leaks in the vinyl liner for $199 an Angie's list special.  They fixed the pipe leak under the concrete deck for $800.  They were very prompt, professional and gave me terrific advice.  Had a small problem which they immediately came back and fixed.  I was very impressed with their services and thought the cost was reasonable.  I would definitely use Accurate Leak again.  In fact, I plan to use them one time each year to detect any leaks.

TJ was very friendly and explained exactly what he was doing. Fixed the leak quickly and checked the rest of the pool's plumbing and the liner.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. TJ took the time to explain what he was doing and why and answered all my questions. It was surprising how such a small hole could divert so much water. He also pointed out other issues that could cause leaks in the future that can be addressed before they become a problem. He did not need to do any repairs and only recommended steps for my regular pool guy to look at.  I would use them again and will be recommending them to a friend who has a pool leak -  another company they used could not find the leak they definitely have and based on their thoroughness and knowledge, I think ALF could

I found them to be very affordable compared to other companies I called. They were professional and pressure tested all of the plumbing. There was no leak in the plumbing possibly a leak in the spa. The guy came out and brought all of his gear equipment. I would definitely call them again. Responded very quickly to my request to come out.

When I got home, Ken called to give me the report.  Toolie found one leak and patched it.  The pipes and other equipment are in good condition.  They told me to keep in mind that the liner is quite old and that I will be replacing it before too long, but the patch should hold for now.  The $195 included the cost of the patch!  Amazing.  So far it's working beautifully.

Overall, they did a fantastic job with our pool. They did exactly what they said they would do. The crew was very professional and pleasant to be around. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend this company to anyone.

He arrived EXACTLY on time. He spent 2 and a half hours on our pool. He was so thorough and knew his pools. He gave me so much information on how to try and get my liner to last one more season and also extra tips on the pool. He charged exactly what he said he would and also was an extremely friendly and knowledgeable pool doctor. I would recommend this company and him to anyone who has problems with their pool. It was worth every dollar we spent. Plus if in 30 days we get a leak or a new hole, they will come back and fix it for free.
