Description of Work: Removed old shingles from my Mother's house and put down new felt and new shingles. Also put new flashing around brick chimneys.

 + -1 moreMr. Yoder was courteous and professional. He and his crew did good work. He had lots of other jobs to get to before mine, however, since he is much in demand, so our job was delayed from his initial approximation. Then also, he has another occupation that can take time away, and seems to split the focus. We also had several days of delay due to rainy weather; however, Mr. Yoder made sure to secure any open roof areas completely so dripping was not a problem. I would use him again or recommend him highly. I think he is gradually quitting the second job and so should continue to improve in punctuality.
Description of Work: Tore off old asbestos shingles, replaced with plywood and new composition shingles.

Description of Work: Jonathan Yoder was referred to me by a friend. My Mother's house (near Joanna, SC) was needing a new roof, and repairs were needed on the wood underneath. We also requested that he remove old lightning rods. He did a very neat job, hauled off the old shingles, and at a very reasonable rate. He is very trustworthy and I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
