TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Workers were running around our living space in two hour "hits". November '06 contract is not completed in June, although it was promised by Dec. 25, 2006. Home was open to the outside six months. Almost no progress was made after the first six weeks only many unfulfilled promises by Mark and Dave. The quality of the work is very poor including a leaky, unsquare dormer with crooked windows, bad plumbing, wavy sheet rock, and rough electrical. Phillips refused to pay for HVAC unit and sheet rock finisher and subs walked away unpaid. Phillips knowingly sent Mark, a consummate liar full of deceit and destruction into our home with a crew of questionable origins. People fell through ceiling, water poured into LR and bath, dormer leaked, lumber was cut with our chain saw. Workers did not have tools to do jobs. Draws were demanded ahead of time, or work would cease, telling us we just did not want to pay. 95% of job was paid for with about 70% done. We fired them.

TERRIBLE - they didn't use galvanized nails, the decks had to be ripped out, they stone work was amateur and the stone was completely covered with mortar, the irrigation was not to code and only buried 1 inch- the stone has been ripped and the irrigation has been ripped and nothing has been done to replace it yet- this has been going on for months.
