At first, it was hard to get a response to schedule service. Once scheduled, they arrived fairly punctual. Pricing was adequate, and service was good. The technician found a burnt out capacitor and replaced it, which helps better cool the downstairs area.

When they left and I examined the work I can say the new unit was installed far better than the one previously there. They put in a new pad, new drainage pan and placed everything square and neat in the attic. The quality of the connections, tape work and all other aspects of the job were stellar. They provided an invoice but said just to call and pay it once the work was done and I was satisfied. I felt they were very honest and caring and I have no trouble suggesting them or doing business in the future.
