it was done in short time  speed is never a issue there . however  we have used them over last 5 years on 3 cars for all repairs first few years they were ok but last few they got very expensive  we had a injector issue with one bad wire going to 1 injector that ended up costing us  over 700.00  a lot to fix a wire that was visible on top of engine .  a lot of other issues like that in past few years cost of repairs ended up  more money than even a dealer wanted for same fix . so much so that we stopped using them  totally  even if we get coupons from them its just not worth the end costs .  we always had good service the first few years but the problems started after they started setting up the second location . we would say to anyone thinking of using them get other opinions from other shops first  then get their estimate  this way if they are too high you will know

Took car in at designated time; work began within 10 minutes of my arrival. Staff was courteous and informative. The work was done promptly and completed within a reasonable amount of time. This was my first time using Prof Automotive in about 5 years (while my car was under warranty I had it serviced at the dealership), and while management seems to have passed from father to son during my absence, the service I received was still very high quality.

They do a good job taking care of my truck.

My truck died on me and I found out that it was an 'interference' engine, so there was damage done. Mr Chandler's business came highly reccommended to me. When I had it dropped off for the repair to the engine to be made, he went on vacation for 2 weeks, failing to mention this planned trip to me. I was without my only vehicle for several weeks and was not especially satisfied with the service received.

i need to give you some background on this truck problem the truck was running like it was missing 1 or 2 cylinders real rough ! so i took it to the ford dealer in greenwood after 5 days they called me and told me how old my truck was several times saying well its such a old truck we cant diagnose it ( its a 1989 F150 not very old to me ) they actualy told me several times they could not diagnose it so they said "we think it is the engine control computer $500.00 and that might be the problem so we will replace that and if the problem is still there we will then try replacing the distributer and if that does not fix it then the injectors etc" so this ment to me they are tossing darts at a board not repairing whats wrong .. well i decided to get it out of there fast ! they did however charge me 80.00 for a diagnostic fee that seemed odd since they said they could not diagnose it ! i got the truck home and i bought a new distributer+ computer + plugs wires etc and we did that work ourselves spent about 400.00 on parts well after all that it was still running bad so i took it to this auto shop and in 2 days they had it done and running great ALL that was wrong with it was the injector wires had 2 broken wires i only wish i took it to them first and i will in the future
