He came out for the estimate and gave me a price. I told them I would call them to come out after my neighbor paid me for the damages because my neighbor damaged the fence. When I tried contact them again to come out to complete the work I could not get in touch with him. I finally got in touch with him after numerous attempts and messages and he made an appointment to come back and then never showed up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone or would I ever try to use their service again.
