Dishwasher not working correctly. Mr Knight said it was the engine that runs the interior workings of the machine. He said this was probably still under warrantee, but he was not authorized by Kitchenaid to do the repair. He gave me the name of an authorized repairman. He charged me $79.95, and basically gave me false information. When the authorized repairman came, he found the real problem, which was some debris in the filter, and fixed it. Mr. Knight charged me for a service he could have done himself, told me it was something else, and I had to pay for a service call by another. I phoned his office the next day, and the person answering the phone basically said Mr Knight was a hard person to get ahold of.

W.P. Knight & Sons came here on the same day that I called them about my washing machine that was not working properly. They replaced a part and now it works perfectly. I was very pleased with the service. The service was at a great price. The work was fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to others
