Upstate Commercial Svc

My fiancé installed a Honeywell Digital Thermostat that ended up being much more difficult to install than the package claimed and, although he spoke to a Customer Service technician through the entire install, he ended up with a disabled A/C unit. As you can see by the service date it was July and it was HOT!  After hours of being on the phone with Honeywell staff, technicians and finally a (supposed) manager Honeywell suggested we call a professional to fix the problem and gave us Upstate Commercial Services phone number. By then it was after 7:00pm and we were both very frustrated.  I called the number and spoke to the owner Jeff and explained the problem and our level of frustration, not to mention we were roasting, and he agreed to have Mike come out the next morning and quoted a price that we thought was fair. Mike arrived right on time, explained the problem and had our unit up and running in no time for the price quoted plus added Freon. I was truly amazed, this kind of service does not happen in my area and I would recommend Upstate Commercial Services to anyone! We will definitely use them again.
