"The quality of work was solid, but the communication left a lot to be desired. Responses were slow, often accompanied by excuses like being out of town—which shouldn’t be an issue with modern cell service. Scheduled work dates were repeatedly missed without notice, leading to frustrating delays. Unfortunately, this pattern of poor communication continued throughout the project. If they could improve in this area, it would make for a much better customer experience."

It is not complete yet. We are doing a kitchen remodel so they did the first half and they are going to refinish the floors. The work is very high quality. They are pretty in demand so it is hard to get scheduled sometimes. They have long term employees and some of the employees that came and did my job were with them for over 12 years.

Never provided a detailed contract.
Started work one day late.
End result was not what we expected - believe they used the wrong finish (we paid extra for Bona Traffic) or did not mix correctly and/or did not apply sufficiently.
Asked the owner to come back and check but he never showed up and does not return calls.

"Member was given a detailed list of what would be done. He knew we took no payment until the job was complete. I was a day later than I told Member as the job prior to his ran over a little as does when you are working in construction. He was notified it would be the following day. Member has yellow pine floors which is a very soft wood. He also has a German shepherd, which as most people know, who has hardwood floors, is very hard on a floor. I faxed a letter asking to allow the Bona representative to give his opinion but got no response. I also sent a certified letter but as yet have gotten no response. We always use the product the customer selects and strive to please each one. I have been in business for 41 years and have many satisfied customers. Don Turner"
