They didn't remove two of the trees, told my husband that a tree was dead and needed to be removed. He took advantage of my husband, only wanted to accept cash. Two of the trees that he said were dead and were going to fall on the house, and we had a second opinion where we were told the trees were alive and not going to fall over. He insisted the trees needed to come down, and stated it was going to be an additional $13,100. We felt we were being scammed and decided to fire him. There was also nothing in writing and no contract. He didn't even finish the two trees that he had started and were under contract. Had to threaten for the police to come in case the man showed up to collect the money. We had to go to arbitration over this and resulted in an $8500 judgement.
