They installed the fence and within 90 days the fence started leaning badly they refused to do warranty repairs made me pay for 1 repair and then ghosted me on follow up work I was willing to pay for. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience with them, Diane was always available, and supported all the crazy delays, going above and beyond. Now that the fence is installed, we will continue to watch how customer service is if we have any issues, but for now we are very happy with everything.

The fence is beautiful and sturdy. The 6x6 inch posts used for the gates ensure years of trouble free use.

I hired Brookview a year and a half ago. My husband was in the Marines and I liked the idea of it being veteran-owned. When the contractors installed the fence they hit a line in my sprinkler system. They repaired it with no problem. The sales rep was very nice and answered all of our concerns. Recently a bad storm damaged my gate and I have a few pickets that have not worn well ( holes in the fence where there were knots in the wood). I called Brookview fence a few weeks ago. I did not get an answer and the voicemail was full. I posted that I was looking for fence repair on Angi and received an email from Blake informing me to call the office. I did and spoke to a gentleman. I told him I needed my gate repaired because my dogs had gotten out twice. He said would have the repair team call me. I waited two weeks. No call. I called the office and again the voicemail was full. I emailed Blake, no response. This past week I tried one last time and left a message. Still no return call. I understand if they are busy but returning my call would be the professional thing to do. I am expecting to pay for the repairs but I guess because I am not spending thousands of dollars I am just not important enough to them. You will get a great sales pitch and love your fence. But if you have any issues do not expect them to call you back. I am disappointed mostly because my real estate agent has asked me a few times who she should refer her clients to for a fence. Now I am embarrassed that a referred them to Brookview.

Blake . The sales rep was great and I felt looked after. The sub contracted installers were just a little too laid back about their schedule. They first came late two afternoons, than came and dropped off supplies and had to leave because of anâ emergencyâ . The weekend and then rain intervened and so it took a total of one week to finally finish the project. While here they worked diligently and the final product looks great. I just wish they had managed their time better so my dogs could have their yard back sooner.

What a great experience! I love my new fence from Brookview Fencing. Josh and Nicole were awesome: punctual, professional, super nice people and they killed it! They communicated with me constantly and explained things to me that I hadn't thought of as far as getting in and out of my gate and adjusted accordingly. They even filled in some low spots in my yard with extra dirt! I will definitely recommend Brookview Fencing to everyone.

Arrived early and stayed until the work was completed. Workers were very nice and answered any questions I had. Cleaned the area when the job was done.

After many failed attempts to have a repair on my fence, I am changing my review. It was built last summer and is leaning since we had bad weather in the Fall. My salesman told me if anything at all were to happen to the fence that we could call them, but the owner has a totally different story. Great salesmanship though- if you compare them to sly car salesmen. The owner, Chris, gives you the runaround and will not call you back. He says he is not responsible for *acts of God* -fair enough. I did not ask for a free repair. But, he also said he would have someone come to repair the fence when he has an install crew in my area. However, he cannot look at his schedule and gives you any kind of ballpark for when it could be. He has grand excuses but the fact is that he, nor his crew, ever shows up. I went with this company because the website states it is veteran-owned and a family business. I wanted to support someone local but I picked the wrong guy. After renovating our entire home and dealing with multiple contractors, painters, etc... this company has been the worst. Once you purchase- you will never be able to get in touch with them. I am also sad to say that I recommended them to my father after our install and he built a 7ft wooden fence that was twice the length of ours. After months of waiting, I no longer care about giving this review because I am certain Chris never had intentions of keeping his word anyway. It is a sad world we live in.

Great with communication, on time, very professional

The young fellows sent to install the fence worked hard and fast but it appeared they had little experience installing fences. They were putting up the boards before the posts had time to set in my opinion and thats why one post is leaning out of line from the others. I am not a fence installer but even I know that a 4 foot gate will start to sag if it is not built and braced correctly. One of my gates did not take long before it started dragging on the ground. A super-fast job does not always translate into a good job.
