The staff is extremely friendly and the dogs love them. They treat the animals extremely well and the owner is really good. Their service charge is extremely reasonable. I've paid $100 for leaving my animals there for two weeks and I've always gotten top grade service from them. On occasions, I've called them up and told them could I leave the dog at certain times and they told me that the gate is locked, but we will meet you at the gate and let you in.

We have used Top Dog for about a year now. After several years at another place we felt it was time to move on when the old place was getting run down. One of our neighbors suggested them and we have faithfully gone every two weeks. I cannot tell you how much it means that our babies are well cared for! Our dogs are so excited when they go now! That alone is worth the price of admission! They ALWAYS go above and beyond for us! From anal glands (yukky) to dremel for the nails they make sure our babies are comfortable. No cpmplaints here! You get what you pay for!!!

Incredibly overpriced for horrible pet care. I love my dogs like children, so to pay a little extra for exceptional care is fine for me. I should have known not to use them when I walked back and saw the kennels. They had a ton of cages crammed in to the building with nothing but concrete flooring. The smell was overwhelmingly bad so it cannot have been very clean. No wonder their website says the only do prearranged tours. I paid extra for both dogs to be bathed, but when I picked them up, the smelled so rank I had to roll the car windows down just to breathe. Did I mention it was pouring rain? Once I made it home I had to bathe them outside (again in the rain) before I could even let them inside the house. The worst part was noticing my lab limping around the house and realizing she had a huge tear in her paw. She could barely walk! Then I stayed up all night with my other dog because he kept getting sick. I did give them a chance to apologize or respond to the issues I had by sending an email through the website but I got NO response at all. Definitely not worth the cost. We will be looking for another place to stay.

I was looking for a place to groom my 2 dogs and they were featured on the Today Show. They treat my two dogs like they own the place. I really like that there is always someone there during the night when they are boarded, that is very important to me. They have also sent me coupons for discounts on boarding which is very nice.
