poor experience: wondering if they use turbo taxes? I could have done the same in that case in my computer.
Was counting on a good cpa to resolve my taxes problem: That's why I was using a professional.
I know all that now because this year I am doing business with Winters-Smith associates and Mrs Smith
is extremely professional and she explained every pages of our taxes and she is super knowledgeable with the IRS
