Very well. They were the only company that I contacted(or tried to contact) that visited my property to provide a timely estimate. They arrived on the date scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. Some windows did not get cleaned ro our satisfactionand I will call for follow up to come out again which they said they would do.

After reading all the positive reviews I felt very comfortable that this company being a local family owned business, which I want to support, I would be very happy with the work. In my commitment I requested that my house and detached garage would be done. However, the garage was not even touched. The brick and most of the overhang on the house look good. I was told that the gutters would not be perfect, but when they look like they have barely been touched - I have a problem with that. The debris that was washed off, they just left and I cleaned that up. I was left to feel very disappointed with the job that was done.

Everything went quite well!  The crew arrived at the appointed time and got right to work.  They (two of them) were very friendly and took great care to not damage any foundation plantings or disturb the mulch in the beds.  We had not had this service done for way too long and it showed.  By the time they were finished, the place looked nearly new again.  
One word of caution --- if you intend using their service, contact them early.  They do a quality job at a reasonable price and, as a result, they are in great demand and usually have a decent backlog of work.  We had to wait nearly two months to get a time assigned for the work to be done.  It was worth the wait!

Tolley Pressure Washing were very good. They did as they promised. I had bought a gas grill for my husband for father's day and they got stain on it. So I was a little disappointed with that. However, they also missed one area of the sidewalk, but then they did come back and complete the job, within the same time period. They were very nice and professional. Their pricing was the best.

Starting with making an appointment to receive an estimate which was done in a very professional manner and answering a few followup questions that I had regarding the method of cleaning I made an appointment to have the work performed.  I was given a date and time frame in which the person (Ronnie) would arrive to do the work.  He arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job on both the house, rear patio, and shed.  He also spent a good bit of time on the driveway which was done last to ensure that the work was done to our satisfaction.  I would not hesitate in using their services again and have already recommended them to a neighbor.

My neighbor and I jointly had approximately 120 Lf. of wood fence installed and needed to have it washed and stained. Tolley Pressure Washing came out and gave us a price which was about one third the price of the next lowest bidder. Their bid was less than one bidder wanted for the stain material alone, less than one sixth of his total price. I called Tolley back to allow them to adjust their price, but was assured they had quoted it correctly. Tolley came out the next week as scheduled and quickly and professionally performed the work. We were both very pleased and would readily refer them to anyone who needs this service.

I received a call from the company after I had submitted a request. One of the owners called me back and left a message. We played phone tag for a few days due to my work schedule, but finally talked. He was very pleasant and professional. Listened to what I wanted and stated that he would come over, without me being home, and give a quote. The quote was given the same day. I came back home to find a quote on my door.....awesome. Great price!!! We talked again over the phone about changing some service which was effortless and easy. After some rescheduling and more phone tag, the job was done.....the driveways and patios look great....like the day I moved in. The house - looks like new.

These folks are a pleasure to work with. They do good work and the price
is very reasonable. The only delay in getting the work done was due to a
backlog because of all the rain that happened during Aug & Sept.

They are fabulous. They are a family company. They are very nice and very responsive. When I called they came and did a quote the next day. I spoke with them in April and they said they couldn't come until May and she wanted to know if that was all right. She said business had been good and she was apologetic that they couldn't come sooner. She was lovely and a very nice lady. We had them pressure wash our house almost three years ago and their price had only gone up $25.

They were very prompt on providing a quote and showing up on time for appointment. However, there appeared to be a miscommunication between the person taking the order and providing the quote and the people doing the work. They failed to wash driveway and did a less than satisfactory job on the sidewalks and curbs. They were slow to respond to correct the oversights (about three days). The deck treatment, which was planned for a few days later to allow the surfaces to dry, had to be re-done and touched up too. The workers failed to do the underside of the deck and outside pickets on the railing. They also had what seemed to be an excessive amount of treatment fluid over-spray on the windows and house exterior. They did finally complete the work to a fair/satisfactory level, but it took several calls and visits.
