"Unfortunately this person did not do the work they were hired to do and could not handle the South Carolina summer heat. He was told when hired that he would have a two week trial period. He was paid everything that was due to him. The final check was mailed to the address provided on the application and W4's. Everything said by this person is false and should not even be allowed to be posted."

"Yes the business transition has had some adjustments to say the least. We have kept all the same employees that continue to do the same work as they did before. We have been on top of our employees to keep to our standards of what we want for our clients. And sometimes our clients get so comfortable with their crew that they neglect to tell us that they are unhappy. So please always let us know, not the employee, if there is something not being done or that needs us to look into. We will always try our best to get to our regular maintenance clients when they call us. Unfortunately prices across the board for all materials, licenses and insurance go up yearly and there is now way to keep that from happening. We feel our employees work very hard and we want to make sure they get compensated for their efforts. The previous owner of the company we bought out and Todd were friends for 9 years prior to us taking over. There business ethics and ways of running the companies were very similar, as well as pricing. They only had a few differences, i.e., Todd is a licensed ICPI installer of hardscapes as well as a certified installer of lighting, water features, etc."
"Thank you! We make sure to stay up-to-date with our continuing education classes and licenses for hardscaping. It is important to us to be a company that does things right. Thank you for letting us create you outdoor living space for you. Enjoy it!"
the end of each day. Quality of the work was excellent and the final result was beautiful.
"Thank you. It was a pleasure working with you on your landscape project. We will always try our best in making sure that we do a great job and make our clients happy."
"Thank you for your comments. We enjoyed working with you and helping with making your yard the way you wanted it to be."
"I have been looking back at the notes and calls and do not have a answer, so we must have dropped the ball on the member. We are sorry for any inconveniences that this has caused for you. It has been the busiest Spring we have had in a long time and the potential customer was not taken care of properly. Once again sorry for any inconveniences. Todd Rudisill"
"The Members were good clients of mine up until October 2009. We maintaned their lawn, mulch, irrigation installation and repair, built 2 retaining walls, fixed drainage issues, improved road way in back yard and a lot more of odd jobs around the yard. My company's lawn maintenance clients are always asked by me, on a monthly basis, what we can do to for them and if they are happy with what we have already done. If a client has extra work to be done, I always ask them to contact me directly instead of telling my employees so that I know it will get taken care of. Unfortunately, that does not always happen. So therefore, we did not renew our lawn maintenance contract in 2009. I try my best to keep all my clients happy. That means taking care of all their questions and concerns. All comments, good or bad, help me improve my business."
"The Members were fantastic clients to work with. They trusted the work we were doing and invited us in at lunch time to cool off and eat lunch in there downstairs sitting area. It was August and hot and we were building Hardscapes for them. The cleint was so Happy that she wrote a note with the check that said: "Thank you and the guys for making this my "best" birthday present ever!!" The client since has uswed us for pruning shrubs and mulching front and side yards again."
"The Member and her Mother were a joy to work for, they new what they wanted and we came up with a plan to fit there yards. The weather has been quite stormy this year but is the season in summer. We had to adjust watering mechanisms in order to get everything watered that was newly planted. Though the Member is not able to water the plants manually, so we added drip irrigation on timers to do the job for her. Also added Drip Irrigation to the Mother's new plantings to help her water as well. We have made subsequent visits to both the Member and her Mother's plantings since to monitor the watering and health of the plants in this heat of July and August."
"I went out to help the Member figure some things about about his existing irrigation system and came to the conclusion that I could not help him with some of the irrigation problems he was having. He was very nice and understanding and I recommended another irrigation company to him and tried to get them together to look at his irrigation system."
"We never Discussed taking up grass in the bed areas, and round up usually takes care of the grass coming up, I said I would come back out and address these items and I still will. The homeowner knew I was coming and had called to get directions once again because GPS was not picking up the address. He was very receptive when we arrived, so did not know he was going to cancel and never mentioned anything to me at that time about it. He knew I was several weeks out form being able to get there to do the work in the first place. The pre-emergent that was put out was for Grabgrass and it is a bad weed in SC, and we sprayed with a backpack sprayer the existing weeds. He does not have irrigation and this helps speed up the process and we had had no rain in a bit. The bed edges are bigger that what he described and told him I would come back out and look at everything and do what needs to be done to please the client."
"The Member has been a very receptive and joyful client to work for. We have finsihed several projects for her. She has been very kind and trusting to let us do work even while she was out of town. The Member has made our job easier with her prompt attitude and payment. We would definitely work for the Member again if she had any other work to be completed at her residence."
"I honestly wrote the telephone number down wrong and misplaced it. I found it and tried to call but it was the wrong number and tried different variations of the number as well with the wrong person. I also tried to go into the subdivision of ‘Orchard Farms’ off of Batesville road, but he had not given me his street, but I had the #, so it was like a shot in the dark and went there anyways and had no luck. It is my fault for not stopping driving and getting the information correct, a honest mistake. I have a great grading from Angie’s List and no one else has given a bad report in that nature. I since have bought a notebook to keep with me for all business calls and keep the information in this book with me at all times in order to keep all the proper information documented. Sincerely, Todd Rudisill Todd Rudisill, INC. Landscaping & Design"
"Yes, I tried calling back and wrote the wrong numbers down (I tried different variations of the number as well and left messages) and even tried to go by his house in Orchard farms with the house number he gave me but I did not have enough street information. I did misspell the telephone number and tried to look in phone book and tried to locate, but no luck. It happened by accident and I am sorry, I was hoping you would have called me back to explain. Todd Rudisill"
