Tood Kohlhepp was hired to list and sell my home in Greer, SC and was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. He brought insultingly low offers from "investors" who I later on foundout were his relatives and friends but failed to disclose any of it. He hried a contractor, Hunter Henry, to do work on my home in order to get a C of O. He was entrusted with several checks for payment since I was an out of state seller and Todd kept telling me that the work was being done yet there was almost no work ever completed. The county inspector had to place a 'stop work order' since Todd's contractor, Hunter Henry, is not licensed to do home repairsthe state of SC, or anywhere else for that matter. Todd and Hunter stole over $10,000 for work that was never done and cost me thousands of dollars in carrying costs. He was previously known as "Todd Kohlhepp & ASSociates" but had to file bankruptcy due to lawsuits galore and reopened under this name. He is threatened me several times when I foundout what was truly going on and is a disgrace to the real estate community. STAY AWAY!!!
