Zach and crew showed up on time and very professionally removed 3 very large river birch trees from my backyard. They laid mats across the yards to run caterpillar track equipment across the yard to transport tree branches, limbs, and trunks to trucks in the cul-de-sac. They were very skilled in taking the trees apart w/o damaging any property as well as grinding stumps. When finished they cleaned up so well you could not tell they had been there; except for the missing trees.

They got good prices and the best in town. I have used them several times.

It would have been better if the head guy in charge was around. I did not get the opportunity to talk to him before I left for work. When I spoke with the company on the phone I explained I had a few brush piles I wanted chipped and they said that was fine. However, it was not communicated to the crew that came.

Timbertech responded quickly to a request for a free quote and, being a small job, offered to put this job on the schedule as they were able to squeeze it in among their their jobs. Their staff called in advance to check on a potential time. The crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. The trees were cut down and the pieces placed on their truck (they mulched the trees offsite). The entire job was done in about 90 minutes, and the crew left no trace of their work - except, of course, the two missing trees! They also offered to trim gum branch trees away from power lines, for no extra charge.

They have excellent equipment and lay down thick mats to protect your lawn. They were highly professional and did an excellent job of removing multiple huge trees that were damaged in a severe micro burst storm. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished. They were also considerably less expensive than another well known large, local tree service. They wasted no time and worked hard all day.

The crew arrive on schedule (8:30am). We went over the work to be done and they began by 8:45.. By 9:15 the first tree was felled. Around 11:00 I checked on progress and 4 of the trees were gone and no mess on the ground (pretty impressed). The remaking trees were next to the house, one of the bigger ones loomed directly over our roof. By 3pm the trees are all down and by 4pn all was cleaned up. They even blew dirt off the street. Everyone in the crew was knowledgeable and extremely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Timbertech!!!

We were very pleased with the work they provided. They were punctual, polite and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We would not hesitate to use them again.

The job was well done. I was not present at the time, but when I came back at the end of the day, there was very little evidence they had been there. The tree was located inside a wood fence. There are some flower beds surrounded by rock walls that they did not disturb. I was very pleased with the outcome.

WOW! This was by far the best experience I have ever had having trees removed from a home that I have owned. We have used different tree companies in the past and I can say without a doubt that Timbertech is by far the best there is out there!

I don't know that it could have gone any better.  They were on time for our initial appointment.  They provided a written estimate in a timely manner.  They told me they would have their insurance carrier email a certificate of insurance and that was done in a timely manner.  They called to let me know they should be able to come in the afternoon provided nothing unexpected happened during their morning appointment, they called to confirm they didn't have any problems and would be at the house, gave me a time they would be there, and arrived on time ready to work.  The crew that came to the house was very professional and very polite.  They each had a particular job to do which they did very efficiently and they all watched out for each other and my property.

Timbertech came to take down a tree in my back yard.  They were quick and very professional, making a point to clean up thoroughly after the work was done.  The tree bounced a bit and ended up crushing two small azaleas which Danny immediately offered to replace.  They did all I asked and more at a very good price.  I will certainly call them for any future work and I recommend them strongly.

It went very well.  I was very impressed with their ability to remove large trees quickly without disturbing closeby surrounding landscaping and structures.  They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard looking as if they had never been there, except for the absence of the trees.

The original in person meeting was given on a Monday following a request for quote the Friday before, very timely.  Two days later the quote was received via email.  That day, I accepted the quote.  I was told at the time of the in-person meeting that the lead time was no more than a few days to a week for a smaller job such as mine. The only issue I had was the lack of communication.  It took the better part of 3 or 4 weeks and trading phone calls to finally get on the schedule.  Work was performed as quoted, and without hiccups.  Overall, a great experience with Timbertech, I just would've liked a more thorough communication once I accepted the quote.
